Last Updated: April 20, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION & OUR MISSION
Bridgr, Inc. (“Bridgr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Delaware corporation dedicated to uniting and elevating humanity through the proliferation of music creation and performance. Our technology brand, Elwood, provides the infrastructure to lift the “Artist’s Voice in the Age of AI” through low-latency remote synchronization and original media production. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle data across our public-facing websites and our proprietary technology platform.
2. THE LAYERED COLLECTION MODEL
We distinguish between the data collected from casual visitors to our public site and the high-fidelity data required from our registered production participants.
- A. Website Visitors: For individuals browsing itselwood.com or our related public pages, we collect standard technical identifiers (such as IP addresses, browser type, and cookies) to optimize site performance and analyze engagement with our "Gap Content" and recruitment narratives. We do not capture audio, video, or biometric data from passive website visitors.
- B. Registered Platform Participants (Artists & Cast): For those who log into the Elwood technology stack or participate in our production sessions (e.g., No Room for Solos), we collect specialized data required for "Production Validation." This includes:
- High-fidelity audio recordings and vocal stems.
- Visual likenesses captured during remote synchronization.
- Professional performance metrics (e.g., streaming analytics) used to validate casting within our Artist Recruitment Pipeline.
3. BIOMETRIC DATA NOTICE (REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY)
In accordance with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and similar standards, we provide notice that for registered participants, we may process “Biometric Audio Data”—defined as the unique acoustic and rhythmic signatures of a vocal performance.
- Purpose: This data is processed exclusively to calibrate our proprietary synchronization engine, ensure high-fidelity output for our documentary productions, and optimize our AI-augmented technology stack.
- Informed Consent: Capture of this data is subject to explicit opt-in at the point of login or via the terms of a specific Cast Agreement.
- Retention: Biometric identifiers are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated technology-validation goals or the duration of the applicable production lifecycle, whichever is shorter, and in no event longer than three (3) years from the date of collection unless a longer period is required by law. All other personal data is retained for the duration of the user relationship and for a period of seven (7) years thereafter, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We utilize information to advance the "human spirit" in music creation:
4A. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (EU/EEA USERS)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") applies, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary to perform our obligations under a Cast Agreement or Terms of Service, including production validation, recording, and synchronization activities. (b) Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Processing of Biometric Audio Data and any other sensitive personal data, subject to your explicit opt-in as described in Section 3. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. (c) Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Processing for technology optimization, audience development, and platform security, where such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms. (d) Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Processing necessary to comply with applicable law, including financial, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Production Validation: To cast, record, and produce original media products.
- Technology Optimization: To train and refine our proprietary synchronization models and AI-augmented tools.
- Audience Development: To analyze engagement across our distribution channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify).
5. DATA SHARING & SUB-PROCESSORS
Bridgr, Inc. does not sell your data to third-party brokers. Data is shared only with:
- Infrastructure Partners: Essential cloud and AI services (e.g., Akamai, AWS) that power our low-latency stack.
- Strategic Advisors: Legal and financial counsel assisting with our corporate governance, DAO structures, and equity programs.
- Distribution Channels: Third-party platforms where our final media products are published.
- Affiliates: Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
6. STEALTH MODE & CONFIDENTIALITY
Certain aspects of the Elwood roadmap remain in "Stealth Mode." Participants in our internal production tiers are governed by the specific terms of their talent agreements (e.g., the No Room for Solos Cast Agreement) and the platform's Terms of Service, which include strict non-disclosure obligations.
7. GOVERNING LAW & RIGHTS

(e) Right to Data Portability (Art. 20): The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller, where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means. (f) Right to Object (Art. 21): The right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. We will cease such processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests. (g) Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. (h) Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
